About the author
Meghan grew up in the frozen wilds of Labrador, listening to too much symphonic metal and writing really bad poetry. She eventually made her way to Calgary, Alberta, where she found a writing community that turned into family. Meghan’s short fiction has been featured by Coffin Hop Press, the Antigonish Review, and various other magazines and anthologies. She teaches creative writing at the Alexandra Writers’ Centre Society and spent two years as part of the Banff Centre’s Writing Self-Residency Program. When not crafting new worlds or crying over the editing process, you can find Meghan hiking across far-flung continents, teaching yoga, and still writing really bad poetry.
